Agreement on understanding and mutual scientific cooperation (MoU) between the Institute of SAV Measurement and the University of Montenegro (University of Montenegro). The topics and activities covered by the MOU are: 1. research and development of mathematical models, methods and algorithms for evaluation of measurements, analysis and expression of uncertainties in measurement and metrology, 2. cooperation in the field of education and joint scientific projects, 3. joint publications in scientific journals, 4. development of software products associated with the above methods and algorithms. The contract entered into force on 9/9/2021 with validity until 31/12/2025
