Annotation:
Technological advancements based on mixed reality (MR) offer various challenges for research and medical treatment. Better understanding of mechanisms and effects of MR on selected human factors is still needed. The aim of the thesis is the research within the project aimed to test the hypothesis whether cognitive training using appropriately designed MR environment will enhance perceptual and cognitive performance in healthy subjects. This will be tested by computerized psychological experiments as well as by measuring event-related potentials (ERP). Another objective is to apply the advanced methods and algorithms for analysis of electrophysiological (EEG and ERP) signals and data recorded in the carried out experiments. Precondition for a successful solution is basic knowledge of mathematical statistics and programming skills.
