PRESENTATION PREPARATION

Oral presentation

• Oral presentations will take place in the lecture room on the first floor, near the main castle staircase.
• All presentation will be in English, there will be no translation.
• For oral contributions 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion will be allowed. For invited lectures 60 minutes including discussion will be allocated. Chairmen will be asked to follow the time schedule.
• Oral contributions should be prepared as PDF or MS PowerPoint presentation in 4:3 or 16:9 format.
• Presenting author should bring the presentation on CD or USB flash drive at least 30 minutes before the session to the staff at the Registration desk or in the lecture room.
• Use of own computer for presentation will be allowed only if unavoidable and should be negotiated and tested with the technical staff in advance.

Poster presentation

• Posters should be in English.
• Posters can be 85 cm wide and 120 cm high (format A0) as a maximum. Posters on single sheet of paper are preferred. For each poster exact position will be allocated according its number in the conference program. Pins for poster fastening will be provided.
• Time for discussion with authors at the posters is allocated within the conference program. The presenters are asked to be present at their posters during this time.
• Posters will be mounted in the tower room on the second floor, near the main castle staircase.

Student and Young Investigator Award Competition

Participation in the Student and Young Investigator Award competition is available to students and authors aged 35 or younger at the time of the conference, presenting either posters or oral presentations. A distinguished international jury will evaluate papers in each category. The competition winners will receive certificates from the program and organizing committee, along with prizes generously offered by the conference organizers and sponsors.
