Body surface potential mapping technique is a sensitive tool for noninvasive cardiac diagnostics. ProCardio mapping system enables simultaneous measurement of up to 128+6 ecg signals, their following processing and computation of potential maps. Several modifications of the device are used in clinical practice in Slovak Republic, Austria and Russia.
Simultaneous recording of up to 134 leads with sampling period 1, 2 or 4 ms, selected frequency range and individual gain in each lead is possible. During application of leads, good contact of electrodes is automatically checked. During measurement, ECG signals are monitored on display.
Automatic and interactive signal processing involves baseline correction, digital filtering and wave identification. Signals can be viewed and printed in several modes and formats.
Potential maps are computed, displayed and printed in color and black&white modes in several formats. Animation of maps is possible.
Integral maps are obtained as integrals of the potentials over a selected time interval. Integral maps can be displayed and printed in several formats. Departure integral maps defined as departures from pre-defined norms (mean integral maps) can be studied.
Presented device is commercially available. Advanced system for measurement of up to 134 leads and working in isolation class BF or CF is available now. Please, contact our department for additional information.
