9th Internation Conference on measurement MEASUREMENT 2013 organized by Institute of Measurement Science will take place in the Congress Center of the Slovak Academy of Sciences on May 27.-30, 2013. Scientific program of the conference will include three main areas: Theory of Measurement, Measurement of Physical Quantities, Measurement in Biology and Medicine. The scientific program will include invited lectures, oral presentations and posters. Special sessions will be organized under the auspices of the organizers and sponsoring societies.

The organizers will motivate the young specialists in Measurement Science and support publication of thei outstanding work. Hence, the Young Investigator Competition will take place during the conference. The winners will be offered publishing of their extended papers in the on-line journal works Measurement Science Review, published by tjhe Versita press and in indexed Web of Science, Thomson Scientific SSCI, Scopus, EBSCO a niekoľkých ďalších databázach.
