The 7th International Conference on Measurement organized by the Institute of Measurement Science was held in Smolenice Castle, Slovakia, from May 20 to 23, 2009. The scientific program was concentrated to three main areas: theoretical problems of measurement, measurement of physical quantities and measurement in biology and medicine.
